What are Badges For?
Badges serve as a motivational tool to encourage specific actions and milestones among your members. They can be used to:
- Recognize consistent participation
- Reward achieving specific goals
- Celebrate reaching milestones
Create Badges
In the Badges tab, you can create badges for your members to recognize and reward their achievements or milestones. Examples of badges include:
- Participation Badge: Awarded to members who attend a certain number of events.
- Milestone Badge: Given to members who reach a specific milestone, such as completing a course or project.
- Achievement Badge: Earned by members who perform a specific action, like referring new members or contributing valuable content.
Badge Redemption
Members can redeem these badges by
- Joining the membership
- Spending points
- Reaching a tier
- Completing a specific quest
- Obtaining specific tag(s)
Reward Badge Holders
Kazm enables reward fulfillment in a few ways:
- Automate reward fulfillment using Zapier. See an example here: Example: Integrated Rewards with Shopify
- Download a CSV of everyone who has claimed a reward and use that to fulfill the reward on other platforms
