Create Rewards

In the Rewards tab, you can create incentives for your members to engage. Examples of rewards include:

• A unique QR code they can use to redeem IRL
• Merch or physical rewards
• Discount codes
• Discord Role
• And many more!

Reward Redemption

Members can redeem these rewards by

• Joining the membership (example below)
• Spending points
• Reaching a tier
• Completing a specific quest

Reward Fulfillment

Kazm enables reward fulfillment in a few ways:

• Download a CSV of everyone who has claimed a reward and use that to fulfill the reward on other platforms
• Automate reward fulfillment using Zapier. See an example here: Example: Integrated Rewards with Shopify
• Use the Merch reward type to collect information you’ll need to fulfill the reward, like a street address, or t-shirt size

IRL Rewards

Use Kazm to merge digital and physical experiences:

• With any reward type, you can download a QR code that leads directly to the reward. If you leave the redemption method blank and switch off visibility using the eye icon, the reward will be hidden, making scanning the QR code the only way to get the reward. Users will be prompted to sign up, and then immediately get the reward.
• Use the Redeem at Location reward type to give your members a QR code they can use to fulfill their reward in-person. They can show the code to a sales associate, who can scan the code and mark it as “redeemed”.
